TERMS AND CONDITIONS

globeindo.com is an online service that is owned and operated by PT Mookindo Bali International Indonesia. All activities and rules directly related to this website will be fully governed by the terms and conditions below.

In an unspecified time the terms and conditions will change. Your use of globeindo.com website must follow any changes that are part of the agreement and are bound by the terms in accordance with the changes that exist without exception.


GOODS AND SERVICES

PT Mookindo Bali International is a retail company that sells products under the Globe Indonesia brand / https://globeindo.com.


BUY, BOOKING POLICY

The customer first chooses the product / service he wants by clicking "Buy"
After the order enters the shopping basket, the customer can choose to add a shopping order or Checkout for further processing.

In the checkout process the customer is asked to log in first or make a new registration.
Then the customer must follow the 3 checkout steps as follows:

1. KTP Address and Billing Statement Address: Customers are asked to update other shipping addresses, if any.

2. Payment Method: Customers are asked to choose the type of payment.

3. Confirm Order: Customers are asked to agree to the applicable conditions at Globe Indonesia. After this process the customer will get an email about the order information.


PAYMENT POLICY.


We provide several payment methods:

Pay with Internet Banking, transfer to our account or COD.
All payments must confirm payment by selecting one of the methods:

Fill in the confirmation form in the "Payment Confirmation" menu.

Send an Email to made@globeindo.com with the contents including your name, telephone number, order number, transfer amount, bank transfer. Call+62 8123817105 (WhatsApp enabled!).

The currency used and valid for purchases on this website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). (All transactions will be processed in Rupiah).

All transactions will be processed within 1x 24 hours.

The customer is then required to complete the payment and if the payment transaction has been successfully carried out, we will send the payment receipt via e-mail to the e-mail address listed in the buyer's personal data within one day after the payment process completed.


PROOF OF TRANSACTION (INVOICE)

Invoice is a valid proof of transaction as a proof of order and purchase and as a reference for your purchase.

You are encouraged to save invoices for each of your purchases which may be useful for services after purchase.

The development and improvement of our services can not be separated from any input from you. OPERATIONAL HOUR

We will process the payment confirmation form on the day and operational time of the Globe Indonesia office, Monday-Friday from 09.00 - 17.00 except national holidays.
