REFUND POLICY

Refund applies if the goods that have been ordered and paid for are out of stock and we will return it in the form of a Credit Balance.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not serve the return of goods unless there is an error on our part and beyond those specified in the terms and conditions on this page.

Returns of goods that occur outside of the agreement to resolve the purchase issue agreed by both parties are not the responsibility and part of our service.

We are not responsible for the items you return because they have become your property and responsibility by law.

Returns apply if the item received is damaged / defective / accessories incomplete.

Please note:

- Return must be within 1 days of purchase

- Original freight fees are not refundable.

- Item must be in as-new condition with original packaging and labels.

- Exchanges and refunds are only available online and cannot be processed in-store.

- Replacements for incorrect or faulty products are sent at our expense.

- Returns and refunds are returned to us at your expense.

- Item Exchanges are sent in both directions at your expense.
